Two Stunning Girls!

I have decided I could do this ALL day.
I love photographing teenagers :-)

When it was time for their high school formal I was excited to photograph both of them - I'm sure you can see why!

The Sweetest Thing...

My daughter started kindy this year, and one of her little friends was the most gorgeous little girl Ameer. With her delicious olive skin and the bluest of eyes my photography senses were on high alert!

But it still took me 9 long months to drum up the courage to ask her mum if I could photograph her.
I'm shy like that ;-)

So I dressed up my daughter, Ameer and her equally gorgeous big sister for a photo shoot!
This is half of the shoot that I shot on film :-)

Broome + Camels + Sunset

Apparently no trip to Broome is complete without a camel ride along the beach at sunset.
With no time to actually ride the camel's, I sufficed with some filmy goodness of strangers as they dismounted before the camels were lead 'home' :-)

Sweet, sweet baby...

I was so excited to have another birth booked in for the beginning of November.
Preparing myself for 'the' call at any time of the day or night!

But Laura simply wasn't well enough to continue on with the pregnancy.
So at 34 weeks sweet, tiny, little Lily was born.
Into an unknown world.
Where the likelihood of her getting whisked straight to the humidicrib was high.

But Lily had other plans!
She was healthy enough to sneak in 10 minutes of cuddles with Dad, and then she was put into the humidicrib just to monitor her.

So I stayed until Grandma and Grandad got to see Lily for the first time.
Then the next day I went back to capture some mummy cuddles:-)

Three weeks later, Lily had put on enough weight and was allowed to go home :-)  So yesterday I visited them at home for one last lot of photos!

The innocence of youth...

I had the privilege of photographing of a beautiful 12 year old a few weeks ago.

I don't need to say much - the photos say it all :-)

I feel incredibly privileged to have been asked by the super talented Melanie Linklater (from Melanie Linklater Photography) to head to Broome with her to second shoot a wedding.
On film :-)
It doesn't get much better than that!!

We had a fantastic few days....with lots of laughs, photography talk and mini photo shoots!
And we got to photograph an awesome bridal party :-)
